How do I increase the upload max from 2MB?

I've searched and looked everywhere but I cant find the setting

Edit the Filetypes under the Gallery AdminCP, then you make have to make changed to your PHP configuratioin to allow larger uploads also.

change also php.ini to the size you want your server to upload
