Should I un-modify my vB files after upgrading from RC4?

When I installed RC4, I had to modify a bunch of vBulletin files. It seems like those mods are no longer needed with 1.0.1. Do I just re-upload fresh unmodified versions of those vB 3.07 files, and then just upload the new 1.0.1 Gallery files, too?

Thanks

If you haven't modified those files for any other reasons then that will work fine.
