Help with video files
 

I know there are a few threads out there but I cant find them.

I cant upload any videos at all in any format.

I couldnt do it in the last 2 releases and the latest release I still cant get it to work.

I think Conq talked about this at one time. in an older version I had the same problem and I fixed it according to conqs post.

I am thinking its cause I didnt revert my templates to the org before I uploaded the newest version of gallery but not sure.

It wouldn't have anything to do with the templates not being reverted before the upgrade. Problems like this can be somewhat difficult to troubleshoot without being able to see it in action, so it may be best to submit a support ticket if you don't mind.

It must have been me and my users. I did a few last night and they worked fine. I did reset the mem limits maybe that helped. I will play with it later and if the problem still exists I will let you know.
