normal size image quality Hello, I have chosen to save original files when a user uploads an image. As expected, users can see three sizes of the same image: thumbnail, normal, original. My problem is that many times my normal sized image is larger in file size than the original. I see options to set the size and quality of thumbnails and original images. I also understand where the normal size images are set, but where can I set the quality of the normal images. Currently my thumbnail and orginal quality settings are at 100. Thanks :) |
Re: normal size image quality The 'Original Image Quality' option should affect your medium sized images as well. If you just set that to -1 (assuming you're using GD) then they should have much smaller file sizes and still be good quality. |

btw, love your program :D |
Re: normal size image quality Or just read the description for the setting a little more carefully. :) Choose a setting between 0 (worst quality, smaller file) to 100 (best quality, biggest file) for the quality of your images. Set this to -1 not to change the quality. |
