Using category moderators

I see next to each category in my admin the option to add a moderator. but where can i adjust the permissions of that moderator like you can do in the forums?

Currently there is no option to set specific permissions for each moderator.

Then how would I go about this:

I will have many categories of photos.
Each category will have a unique moderator.
All moderators' permissions will be the same.

is this possible and if so, how exactly can i do this?

ok, to answer my own questions, if you use the "Add Moderator" drop down box next to each category that user will be given the ability edit/delete all images under that category.

im not sure if that user can moderate any sub-categories. i didnt check it out because i dont need that function, yet. maybe brian or someone else here would know that answer.

it would be nice if the category moderator had the ability to add sub-categories under the category they are moderator for. as far as i could see, this is not an option though i would love if someone proved me wrong.

If you want to allow your moderators to add sub-categories just set the 'Can create categories' option under your usergroup permissions to yes.
