Hi!

How can I do it that categories with password will be not shown in the list of newest pictures and random pics?

They are only shown if you have access to them. Either you are an admin, or you have previously entered the password (it's stored in a cookie).

That I thought also! Because that I logged in as an normal user! Means without a admin or mod function! I also get an passwort field if I open the categorie. But I see the pictures who are into the password locked categorie.
Because you say now I als go and delete all cookies the same result!
Doesn't matter also if I use Firefox or IE, both the same!

Maybe it has to do something with the modification 'random picture' and 'last pictures' into the vBadvanced CMPS v1.0.1?

Because I see there also will be hidden (into private categorie) pictures shown?!

Have you upgraded to Gallery v1.0.1?

Till yet not! Only installed Gallery 1.0.1
Will be the problem fixed with the update?

1.0.1 is the latest version, and it may or may not correct your problem. 1.0.1 has some security fixes in it, and you should upgrade if you haven't yet.

Think I found the problem!

Because I don´t exclude the private Folders from be viewed into the newest and random pictures!

But think that will be a bug from the gallery! Normaly when a user say: My galerie is privat and set a password the software must be so intelligent to see it and exclude it automatic from the newest and also ramdom pictures.

Resolved my problem :) User (Testuser) was in wrong Member group :(
