New Images links

I'd like the links in the new images bar to take me to the corresponding category of that image.

Currently, the link is:
http://frenchbulldogusa.com/gallery/...atid=newimages

When I need it to be:
http://frenchbulldogusa.com/gallery/...ge.php?i=37&c=

This way, the user can click on the link and be taken to a page that gives them the ability to browse more images (so the filmstrip and navigate next previous buttons will actually work!)

It's done that way by design. If you're browsing new images then it's only logical that those links would take you to the previous/next newest image.
