paying site sponsors get more file uploads.. how?
id like to limit non site sponsors to 3 images...
and site sponsors to 15 images
whats the best way to do this?
i only have 1 category called 'members gallery' do i need 2 seperate galleries?

There's not really a way to limit the number of images at this time. You could create different usergroups and allow your sponsors group more space though.
