No Images to Display - How To Hide This

How can i hide this field Images in Category if there is no images in category. Witch say No Images to Display. How can i hide all that i want to just show categories.

Set "Act as Category" to No.

Sounds like you're just refreshing the page instead of going back to the homepage and following the links because once 'Act as Category' is turned off then the link to that category will change.
