How do I UNINSTALL vbGallery?

I have it installed on one site and I want to move it to a new site I am starting... I would like to backup the current site's info and save it all somewhere... but then I have no clue where to begin for removing the vbGallery stuff... is it as simple as working backwards through the install process?

Help? Ideas?

Just run the install script, choose uninstall. Undo the file edits & remove the files. Done deal.
