Validating user posts.

Hi,
I am fine with validating new image uploads, but I'd like my users to post comments to images without me validating these posts.
Basically what I am saying is that if I see the picture and I'd like to comment it, it should show up right away, it should be waiting for my validation, because people then figure out, my post is not there, maybe something went wrong, and post the message over and over again.
Where can I set this up. I browsed through all setting unable to find this option.
