Combining Gallery and Forum Statistics

My members are complaining about some gallery statistics. They want their posts to be added both to their post count and also forum total post count. There are saying that since they are making a post it shall be added to forum total post number.
Is there a way to do this ?

No, he wants it reflected in the Total Posts for his forum, as a whole, also.

Ahhh, that makes sense now that I've re-read the post. That could be done, but would require a little work. That doesn't seem very logical to me either as the forum stats are only showing stats from the forums listed above that section... Say (for example) you have a total of 3 threads, 8 posts, and 20 gallery posts. Then the forum stats would show that you have 3 threads and 28 posts. Doesn't seem like a very logical thing to do, but maybe that's just me.

I agree with that also Brian but when I told them this they said me that the stats can be like 3 threads 20 pictures and total 28 messages (using your example) . I just want to say it cannot be done :P
