modifying templates to show one gallery !

First let me say that this is an outstanding piece of software, very well written!! I am currently testing this so i can move my entire coppermind gallery over to this software.

I wanted to know if it was possible to show one gallery at a time using the display order. I know that it already has the functionality to show an image from the gallery via a link in the categories with a description. I want to be able to show a full siz picture that will link to the gallery and change the layout so the description and image only show on the page

If you go to http://dev.sportsrant.com/testgallery you will see that i have an image of the upcoming may 2005 rant girl of the month.

I want to have each girls (splash page/gallery page) to look like this (example) using the picture and description:

I would like to know if this can be done!!! and which template would need to be edited
