You have your thumbnails size set too large, it appears. Make it smaller. 150 or so.

It should've defaulted automatically to 150!

To change it go ACP --> vBa Gallery --> Modify Settings --> Thumb Size.

I replied in your support ticket as well, but you need to have your host install either GD or ImageMagick before you will be able to resize images.

That's something your host has to install.
