Problem whit upload

but I have problem to upload picture.

when I try to upload jpeg I can only se whit page upload.php
when I try to upload gif whit 64 and 64 I get this error

this file you cant upload tiger.gif

I´m new about this so have I missing something??

and when I going to admin page and push view images for hus this error coming upp The page cannot be found and that point to index file in admincp

eny idders about this ??
