Licensing and TOS
I purchased Gallery and love it. I do have a question. Can I install it a second time on the same server in a sub domain, FOR TESTING ONLY? It will not me accessable to the public.

Yes, having another installed for testing purposes is fine as long as there are no links to that copy on your site and you don't have it open to your members.
