Moving Images between Cats

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to move images between catagories that someone else has posted - for images I have uploaded I just use the Edit image button but if someone else has uploaded it it tells me I do not have permission but Im the admin!

Have you set admin permissions to edit other's images?

I had to edit both cats to "allow others to upload" and "edit" and then I was able to move the photos.
