How do I turn off validation?

I have looked up and down and cannot seem to find this.

I would like to turn of image validation and just use the user groups permissions to control how uploads.

Admin CP => vBa Gallery => Usergroup Permissions

Select the usergroup there, then set the "Moderate this group's images" option to 'No'.

Doh, I read it as this group can moderate images.

Sometimes it pays to stay away from the computer for a will.
