Can't delete an image

I'm having a problem deleting images. When I go to delete an image, the drop down box works and I select "Delete Image". When I hit "perform action", it just takes me back to the gallery main page and doesn't delete the image. Any suggestions?

There's not a reason I can think of that this should happen... Would you mind submitting a support ticket via the Members' Area here so I can have a look?
