What is Watermark Images & And other Questions

Hello

Can some one Tell me What is Watermark Images and what to use it for ..

this is what iamthinking ... we can creat img and type anything on it.. so it iwll be display in every IMG . is that what is mean Watermark Images

other Questions how can we upload 300 IMG and let all of them to display in one type i dont need to upload every time one by one .

The watermark is just an image overlay that will be placed on any images that are uploaded. This would be a good example of a watermark - The "Hosted at livingwithstyle.com" image in the bottom corner.

As for bulk uploading images, there are options to allow for FTP bulk uploads (this is explained in the readme.html file right below the file changes section).

I have Creat one Pic and i save it as jpg and i upload it and i put the patch for it.. when i go try to upload one pic it dont show ? any idea about this ?

I have GD installing

and also the other one Image Magic can u tell me what is the patch for Image Magic should be ?

What do you have set for the 'Watermark Images' option?

Bondy, search the forums for more info because it kind of depends upon the method you are using (either GD or IM) but one thing for sure is that you must use a png 24 and not a jpg.

A jpg should still work, you just can't get a transparent background with one.

So now everythign is work i go check .

There is 2 optons for Watermark

1-Watermark Images
If you would like to add a watermark to uploaded images enter the full path (NOT the URL) to that image here. Otherwise leave this setting blank.

2-Watermark Location
Where you would like your watermark to appear.

You don't have an image called Watermark.jpg at that specified location.

Sorry this is really bad day for as..

1- our site was offline this becz the ocmpany was upgrade php andother think i dont no what.. i can't get into the site.

2 vb released a new vb3.0.4

now i have go back and Delete the old vb and i have to add the new code for gallery to the new vb3 so i can upgrade

but this is soo far what i make becz i read in other topic here

and also other type i try by my self but that dose not work .. i delete them from my server.. but i still have them in my computer..

ahhh iam getting sick i just go chick my site and get this error

i will Submitting the Ticket after 2 day becz i will not be able to contact with u i will be away from computer for 2 day with my family .

i hope when i retern i can enjoy with the gallery and get it fix ..i will keep checking this tpic when i retern

You need to ask your host to turn safe mode off as the gallery cannot run with it on.
