Image size question

My site is 750 px wide.
The thumbnails work great. Full size images, if larger than the frame size, obviously stretch the frame.
Questions:
  1. Does the Gallery have a way of resizing original images so that they fit in the current template?
  2. Barring that, how do we modify which template set the gallery uses (I could create one that is larger or 100%)?
The problem is that we wanted to use the gallery both to show off work, but also to post finals. If finals are too large, seeing as (unlike coppermine) there is no intermediate size, we have an issue. Which makes me think, there is no intermediate function I missed, right?
Anyway, other than that, it's nice to finally have a gallery integrated into our forum. Thanks.

Re: Image size question

The gallery will create a medium sized image based on the width and height restrictions set in the 'Edit Filetypes' section. Then if your 'Save Original Files' option is set to 'Yes' it will save the original files and the medium sized file will link to the larger one.

Re: Image size question

I'm trying to get this to work and not having much luck. :(

After going through and setting "Save Original Files" to 'Yes' I went ahead and rebuilt the image sizes and image info. The large images are still displaying wider than what's specified in the Allowed Filetypes page. All the categories are set to Use Default.

The other thing is that the Dimension is shoing as 1374 x 480 (0 x 0) and the Filesize is showing as 135.02 KB (0 Bytes).

Image processing is using GD.

The original images were imported from coppermine - though I doubt that matters at this point.

Hmm... Would you mind submitting a support ticket so I can have a look?

I submitted a ticket a few days ago. Don't know if you've had time to research this or not with all that's been going on.
