Creating a thread with instructions
I would like to post instructions on the index.php page of the Gallery. Most of my users would not be able to figure out how to create a Category unless they had help. Right now I have posted a global announcement across all forums, but there has to be an easier way.

Just edit your 'ADV_GALLERY' template and add it in there.
