how do you add the sub title bar to vb
 

The title bar that is for the gallery the one that has
home |whats new|whats popular| search|

I would like to add that sub title bar to my VB forum. Just below it. How do I make it and where would I put it? I also want to change a few of the links and maybe add somemore. Like add our chat board to it for example.
I believe the code is already there but I have no clue where to look.

more that I am thinking is there a way to add a second navbar to VB.
I am thinking one below the top one that has the gallery links in it and a few other things I need.

I figured out how to add a second nav bar. so direguard the above post.

one thing though will adding a second nav bar effect the forum?
