Renew access issue

I renewed my access today 8/22/2012 for vBgallery and still cannot download. I was logged in as twitch when I went through the renewal process. I also tried logging in as arineod3280 which I never knew I had by the way.

Either way, I have the paypal receipt and still no access

I would suggest you check the email associated with the license to make sure they did not email you check spam filters etc. You have two licenses so they will probally ask you which one they are to renew and also any order can take up to 24 hours to process as all orders are hand done.
