Cannot Access Beta Forum
I just renewed my members area access but I cannot access the beta forum.

Steve once customer service actually processes your order as long as your forum email is the same as the one on your license you will become verified. No order is final until customer service emails you that the order has been completed.

I received it the other day... if I have linked accounts, do I need to change the email addresses to match so it will work with the forum account?

As previously stated the forum email must match the email associated with your license which has current members access. Any licenses tied to the email on your forum account here are expired. As our verification announcement suggests if you set your forum email to match the email associated with a license that has current access you should be fine.

ok, I changed the email address to match and changed the license # for support but I am still not able to get to the beta forum.
