Help! Cano not upload larger than 3meg photos?

Hello PP Support!

I have a new site Virginia Photography Gallery - Showcasing Photography by Virginia Photographers running the latest PP Pro and I.P Board 3.2.3 installed by PhotoPost..Thanks again!

I am getting "File to Large" to upload on the same size file I am able to upload on another PhotoPost site?

Here is the site I am able to upload the photo too...

HRtownsquare.com Photo Gallery - Clear for Landing in Chincoteague

I had to decrease the size of the above photo to get it to upload to my PP Gallery...

Landing in Chincoteague - Virginia Photographers Gallery

I have set my settings like:

Max allowable image width in pixels 5000 (Have Tried 10000)

Max allowable image height in pixels 5000 (have tried 10000)

Looks like I am running ImageMagick

Also my stats show:

Disk space allowed on your account: Unlimited
Disk space used on your account: 4kb (4863511 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: Unlimited
Allowable Image Types: jpg,jpeg,png
Maximum File Size: No file size limit.
Images in your queue:

I have had several people saying they have not been able to upload files getting the file to large message? Notice above it states "No file size limit"?

Help!

George

PHP has a maximum uploaded filesize of 2mb unless you alter PHP. I really can not say more without knowing more about your setup.

Link to PHP INFO?

Hello Chuck

I believe you installed it for me? Or I paid to have it installed along with the IPBoard forum software. Do you still have access to my account seems to be a lot of PHP info to cust and paste here?

The site doesn't look familiar to me so maybe we installed it for you some time ago? We do upgrades and installs all the time.

You can send an admin login for me to look at how things are setup through the contact us link in the header of this site.

post 2 should assist you there. php has a max upload size of 2mb unless you alter your servers php. you may not be able to do this so you would need to ask your host.
