errors all over

We have photopost classifieds installed. 4.0 on vb 3.8.6

1. cant access page two of comments even though there are new comments. worked around it by increasing posts per page....

2. over 5k members, some can view classifieds, some get error even trying to get in...error for some when trying to access: We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later"

any ideas to fix?

ahh, maybe i didnt need to sign up again....will check what email addy ised to obtain license and try again
