Did you solve this bug in VBGallery3 ? I noticed a bug in vbgallery v3 with the urls in some websites using your script, so, I want to ask about it becuase I am going to buy vbgallery license. for example in your test site: michaelpierce.com/xforum/gallery/index.php The links in the header (i.e. My profile) doesn't work and becomes like that: michaelpierce.com/xforum/gallery/members/379-sadiq6210 where it should be: michaelpierce.com/xforum/members/379-sadiq6210 Another exmple, If you want to put the user avatar in the header it will not appear becuase of same bug michaelpierce.com/xforum/gallery/test/avatarxxxx.gif |
Not so much as a bug in the script persay as an option in vb that breaks things. It is something that we will globally set off in our next release but I think your referring to the vbulletin global option to set all links to the baseurl in vb admin. If you set that to NO then all your links for any program will work right. What that vb option does is set all urls to your baseurl you specify. |

FYI, the xforum example site is very outdated; I need to update to the latest vB and vBGallery. |
Sadig I beleive your referring to two separate things now. There are two separate things you want to do. 1. We will be releasing a updated version of vbgallery that turns off the vb baseurl thing for vbGallery. Until then under your vbulletin options you can set the always use the baseurl option to NO. 2. For any links you have in your header navbar or footer you can in your vbGallery global options under the replacement options but the script names there. So for instance you have a script called member.php that script name should be under header replacements. By default in a normal vb install we have all the normal replacements listed under navbar replacements as that is where they are. |
