forum users not linked to gallery after migration

hello
im having a bit of a problem... i recently did a server migration and after which, any new members are not linked to the gallery (photopost) anymore.
Eg: a new forum account, when click onto the gallery page, will see 'register' and cannot upload images.

I am using Vbulletin and have changed the paths/permissions etc...
what else do i need to check?

old users who registered to the board before migration have no problem and can upload.

I would suspect when you did your server migration you did not connect your photopost to the new forum gallery database info

Open the config-inc.php file and fill out the proper photopost and vbulletin database information where asked and reupload that file.
