Bug Report - Ghost users created during guest upload.

Chuck,

I have a new install of PP7..

When a guest uploads a picture, there is a new user created in the DB everytime. I just check, there were 262 blank users, I uploaded 1 image, 263.

Anyone ever reported these ghost users??
