How do I limit the upload file size?

We have just installed PhotoPost and everything appears to be working beautifully.
I have specified the pixel size for photo uploads but I can't find where to specify the file size. I'm sure this is a very simple question, but I just can't seem to find where this option is.

there is no global filespze setting.

You can set a filesize limit under admin edit usergroups for each group.
