What are your gallery rules on ownership and use?

Hoping for a good conversation I want to ask you all, what your gallery rules are on Photos and Images control and ownership.


I have been thinking about sharpening the gallery rules to something like this.

All uploaded content can not be used by the Domain to advertise or use outside the domain except for the written permission of the owner. The content can be used on the Domain as long as the Domain chooses even if the Owner decides to leave the site. If the content is to be sold it will be throug the owner

What do yo think?

And what are your thoughts about user leaving the site and asking for all content to be deleted??

well my gallery rules are pretty much the same as the status quo legal definition used.

When you upload content to a site you essentially give them full right to use your images however they choose.

Now if someone asks me to remove there images from there site I am usually receptive although if it would harm the layout or content of my site.
