Times (but NOT dates) are showing on my PP 7.1 photos
 

Hello,

On my version of PP 5.13, times (but not dates) were showing up on my PP installation. (A community photo gallery - Russian Photo Gallery: Photographs of Russia, Russian women, cities & more)

I thought that the issue would be fixed by installing PP 7.1, but the date of a photo (and even a comment on a photo) are not displaying.

Any ideas of why this may be?

In the Admin panel setting, I have "Display date?" set to "yes."
