Can't Manage Albums

First off -- For some reason I can no longer post to the support forums -- despite spending over $1000 in the last six years here. I was a verified member this morning -- and now my title has been changed to Member.

That said -- all of a sudden an existing PP Album site with 30+ albums all of a sudden wouldn't allow me to create a new album in Admin/Manage Albums. None of my albums are listed -- but they do display for the User.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Since I appear to be no longer to post a question in the support forums -- I renewed access and upgraded from 6.02 to 7.01 -- and still nothing. I've jacked with this in the blind for three frustrating hours now.

The reason you where not verified is there was no valid license that had current members access for access to the code and support.

I am not seeing any issues with albums in 7.01 because really nothing was changed with albums in the 7 series. It was merely SEO and vb4 compatibility really. I just verified everything works by viewing a few sites with 7 including my own.

I might need to see your actual admin settings etc so you can send details for all that to our contact us link.

I purchased another $39 access this morning.

I sent a Contact Us message to you with the details. I didn't have this problem ever since the installation -- until today. The only change I'd made was to add .png as acceptable image last week. I was on 6.02 and upgraded to 7.01 -- hoping that would help. It did not.

I changed my license number in the User Cp to the license I purchased access to this morning -- so hopefully I can get forum access. I got my upload access about two hours ago.

OK -- now I can get to the support forums, and I see your post saying that there are no problems with my Photo Post -- but that doesn't change that fact that I get the above screen when I click Manage Albums in the Admin. I have many categories and none are showing to me. I feel like that is a problem. I have logged out and in -- still no change.

I did not say there was not anything wrong with your site. I said I have verified that there are no issues with the coding as far as albums are by viewing other sites with 7.0

I think the terminology your using may not be right to get across your point

From what I see in your settings you have never allowed personal albums. Its turned off in admin options.

All albums - Old Hippie's Photo Gallery

You have no personal albums

There is the members gallery which you are not showing either on your index

Member Galleries - Old Hippie's Photo Gallery

That shows 7027 photos and all the photos on this site have been uploaded by you. No one else has uploaded and there are no personal albums ever created. You have tons of categories and subcats.

Manage Albums in PhotoPost 6.23

The answer I received was in the above thread was "No Problems"

You you have any suggestions as to what I can do to Manage my Albums?

OK -- You are absolutely right -- it is a brain fart on my part. I was using Manage Albums instead of Edit Categories.

My Apologies.

No problems meaning OK to you sending info to us.

Please read my post above as it explains what I see. After seeing your site I can now say no problems with albums at all. You have never enabled them that is why nothing shows there. You have categories

If you wish to create personal albums you can enable personal albums in admin => admin options and then when you view photopost on the menubar you will see a my albums link and can create personal albums.

EDIT--- yes we posted the same time glad you remembered that
