Version 7 but it shows 6.23

I downloaded latest version release on 12-18-2009 (version 7) but I open file config-inc.php.NEW and on line 14 and 15 it shows:

// PhotoPost Pro Version Number
$VERSION = "6.23";

So is it a typo or you forgot to update that number or it is still version 6.23?

Just a typo; when you edit the file or the settings, it'll update itself. There is no difference in that file in the upgrade.
