The home link you would have to remove from the top_menu function in pp-inc.php. Not too sure where your talking about asking your own questions.
If your talking about the profile not really without altering code because our application the queries and information stored in specific fields in the database is all coded for what is there. Anything else you want to ask etc you would have to code in possibly storing in new database fields you create and modifying scripts accordingly etc.
