The database name is the mysql database you create to house the program data. It does not show up anywhere in urls.

Thanks Chuck!

I have once more question. I am having photo post installed and paid for the service. I got a email asking for the install path and I don't know what to do with this?

These are my options from my hosting service...
public_ftp
public_html

The install path generally means the place on the server so for example you way want a directory called gallery in the public_html directory
