adding Not Yet Registered
 

Hello I would like to add a not yet registered tag at the top of my site just like viperalley.com, So it pops up when someone is not registered to the site, when they click on it, takes them to the registration page. How would I add this?

You might want to search vbulletin.org for such a code modification, thats I beleive is where such a mod may have come from.
