uppgrading from 6.2 to 6.23

Got an email about security problem prior to V6.23
I have 2 sites with 6.2.
What files do I need to upgrade them?
Are there just file changes or an upgrade script?
I have downloaded the files for V6.23 - just need to know how to proceed now from the 6.2 installs.
