How to Browse Sub-Category

If I click the Gallery tab from the main index, I am shown random images, new images and the titles of the Sub-Categories - all great. If I click on a Sub-Category, I see the list of users who have galleries but I would also like the ability to browser that entire sub-category. Where do I turn on the ability to browse all files from a Sub-Category?

When a user selects a gallery, it would be nice to let them browse all the pictures in that category as well as select an individual user's gallery.

You have all your categories set to members galleries thats why they only show categorized by user.
