Ratings not showing for guests

Got a weird image rating problem

images uploaded when logged in - ratings show to guests.

images uploaded by guest, ratings only show if logged in.

Not working, uploaded by guest: Free image hosting, free photo sharing - Skidpics - 5239a45f22d550cde9ca8c85d9431f521

working, uploaded my logged in user: Free image hosting, free photo sharing - Skidpics - 104008B

The ratings are never shown to the same userid that uploads a photo

you mean any person that is a guest, and is viewing an image that another guest uploaded, the ratings will still not show? I thought it was tracked by IP?

You could theoretically change that line I noted in showphoto.php to simply this
