Upload link above every photo

What code could be used to add an upload link next to every category link above the photos?

basically it would show this:

Home » Member » skidpics » True Blood (tv & movies) Upload Photo

Giving the opportunity for the user to add photos all the time.. ;-)

Is that not what is already done with the menubar which is like an inch higher than where your talking about

You would put an html link to the upload script in the cathead template where you wish to display that link.
