What was changed in uploadphoto update?
What was changed in Uploadphoto.tmpl for the updated version?

I am running a modified version, so I am wondering if I really need the update?

Honestly no idea. It could be whatever bugs where reported the last couple months and fixed. I do not handle that build so I dont keep version changes only the latest download.

I compared the files using winmerge, but couldn't find any changes...

it all depends on what changes Michael was referring to it could be changed files since the initial 6.2 release.
