Arranging Photos

I have members asking if it is possible to arrange the photos in their album to their liking.

I do have it set so that users may edit their own photos but that is not the same as arranging. I'm still using 6.2. Is this a feature by any chance in newer updates?

They can order photos in their personal albums by hitting manage albums and hitting sort images and order them as they wish.

I think what they are asking is to be able to order the images as they want, not according to a sort algorithm.
