how do I add PhotoPost Administration on Vb admin control panel

I paid you install photo post for me awhile ago, and you did that for me.
i saw an photopost (admin) click icon on VB's admin control panel. but i dont know where to edit that.

There is no Photopost admin panel for Photopost Pro as part of our install or any package. If you have a photopost thing in your admin panel thats something you added. if your using Pro I can tell you that. Photopost Pro has its own admin panel separate from vbulletin.
