Where is Admin/ Upload option??

Am I missing options on my VbGallery menu? I need to turn on the multiple category option, and I keep seeing here direction to got to Admin / Upload Options and turn on multiple category.

Well, I have installed version 3.7.2 with Patch Level2 and here are my Admin Options for VBgallery in the order that I see them:

Modify Settings
Modify Add-Ons
Edit Templates
Edit Categories
Add Category
Mass Move
Custom Fields
Edit Filetypes
Category Permissions
Usergroup Permissions
View e-Cards
Validate new Images
Validate New Posts
Statistics
Maintenance


The rest of the options are for the Forum. Am I missing anything, or am I not looking in the right place? HELP, please, anyone...Thank you.

That is a Photopost Pro feature not one of vbgallery there are more options that Pro has over vbgallery
