showgallery layout issue doesn't make sense

I mentioned this to Michael during the beta, but showgallery is a bit messed up..

When Recent Images set to No, they show above the page, and above the search menu bar. It should be below the navigation of the page... ( search bar)


Is the showphoto.php file we edit for this, or the tmpl file? I looked in the tmpl file, and could not see the functions for this.
