Thumbnail in Main Forum index

Hello i just install my gallery it just happened while testing it i have 10 uploaded thumbnails, that lead to the gallery, above the main forum and under the nav bar. It only shows when you log on as a user, but not as an admin, why? and why i cannot find where to reduce it from 10 thumbnail to 4 or 5? 10 pics just deforme my page to the point i have to move the page to the right to see the rest of the page.

i looked everywhere in the VBgallery and the VBulletin option of the control panel!

Please list a url and a test login so we may see your site. You can look at your vbgallery settings and modify addon settings and permissions and see what permissions you have set as to who can view what.
