Emailing all users

On two occasions I have sent bulk email to all my users under "edit users" and "click to email all users". Both times, I myself did not receive a copy of the email even though I am registered in the user list as Admin. Shouldn't everyone in the user list get a copy? TIA

It should yes. I would suggest you check spam filters.
