backups sucking up disk space

for some reason photopost backs its database up daily... to the tune of 650mb - sucking up a huge amount of drive space.

how can i change the frequency of the backups?

We dont have anything in our program that backs up anything automatically. I would suggest you ask your webhost or look at your hosting settings which might do this as a scheduled task. It is definately not coming from our software.
